Top 5 – key information ahead of visiting the new stadium
Mon 01 April 2019, 08:00|Tottenham Hotspur
As we prepare for the historic first Premier League match at our our new home against Crystal Palace on Wednesday night (7.45pm), we should like to take this opportunity to remind all fans of our top five key points to remember ahead of visiting the stadium.
1. Your Access Card
All Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members that have purchased a ticket for the match have had it loaded onto their Stadium Access Cards - this is all you need.
2. The stadium is fully cashless
No cash will be accepted for any purchase made within the new stadium and its surrounding campus, including the Tottenham Experience. See more on our Ways To Pay HERE.
3. Arrive early
Please arrive as early as possible on Wednesday as we celebrate the first Premier League match at the new stadium. General Admission areas will open at an earlier time of three hours before kick-off, 4.45pm, to enable fans ample time to clear security and access the stadium. Premium areas will as usual also be open three hours before kick-off. There is much to see and enjoy throughout the new stadium and the Opening Ceremony will commence approximately 20-30 minutes ahead of kick-off. Come early to avoid busy public transport times and clear security.
4. Leave your bags at home
We strongly advise supporters not to bring bags of any type into the stadium. If you do bring a bag you will need to have it searched. Click HERE for full details on our Bag Policy.
5. Use the right bin
The Club is dedicated to minimising the environmental impacts of all our activities. You can help us ensure all waste is recycled by simply choosing the right bin when you dispose of your rubbish. For more on our Recycling and Single-Use Plastics Policy, click HERE.
We encourage all fans to take a look at our Stadium web pages, where you will find a comprehensive, downloadable information guide, detailing all aspects of our new home.
