We are pleased to confirm a new and improved ticket sales process for all home Premier League matches during the 2019/2020 season.

There will now be just seven on-sale windows throughout the season in which tickets to two or three matches will be put on sale at one time. This is a change to previous seasons when we have had 19 individual on-sale dates. All matches will continue to be sold individually and NOT as packages.

The new process aims to reduce the time supporters are required to dedicate to purchasing tickets and the need to track multiple windows and on-sale dates. It also allows the Club greater flexibility when planning ticket on-sale dates for cup fixtures throughout the season.

We have sought to plan the windows to ensure that the number of home Premier League fixtures on sale each month does not exceed the number per month from previous seasons. Additionally, there is no ticket sales window planned over the Christmas period and no more than one Category A priced fixture on sale in any one on-sale period.

We are also well aware that many supporters are frustrated with the current online queuing system and our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, plans to have improvements in place later this year. We are working closely with them to bring these improvements in as early as possible.

One Hotspur Membership

Becoming a One Hotspur Member is the best way to ensure you have the opportunity to access home tickets next season – the matches are highly unlikely to reach a guest or general sale.

There are two ways that Members can purchase tickets for home matches:
1. During the dedicated One Hotspur+ and One Hotspur sales windows
2. Via our Ticket Exchange service. This is where Season Ticket Holders will list their unused seats for sale for Members to purchase at face value

The number of tickets available exclusively to One Hotspur+ members on a Monday sale will reflect the ratio of One Hotspur+ members we have. Based on current membership figures, it is likely that approximately 65% of available tickets will be released for sale to One Hotspur+ members, with remaining tickets being made available to all other Members on the Tuesday.

Further details on how to purchase tickets will be emailed to all One Hotspur Members ahead of each on-sale period.

Ticket Exchange

Ticket Exchange will be open for Season Ticket Holders to list their seats for resale for ANY home Premier League fixture later this month.

Seats which are listed for resale by Season Ticket Holders will then be made available to One Hotspur Members ahead of each fixture date. Season Ticket Holders will be able to ‘de-list’ their seat at a later date if they no longer wish to sell their seat – as long as the seat has not already been purchased by another supporter.

Sales via our Ticket Exchange platform will continue to open at the Club’s discretion and once the Members’ sales dates have passed. Updates on when Members are able to purchase via Ticket Exchange for each fixture will be communicated via Club channels.

The Club will monitor availability on Ticket Exchange for all matches and reserve the right to open up sales to non-members for selected fixtures throughout the season.
