TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Premium Seasonal Membership Waiting List

Please read this document carefully. It sets out the terms on which Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Limited ("we", "us", "our" or the "Club") will allow customers ("you") to register for the Premium Seasonal Membership Waiting List for the 2025/2026 Season (the "Waiting List").

1. Process
1.1. By completing this form you are registering your interest in the Premium Seasonal Membership by joining the Waiting List for the 2025/2026 Season only.

1.2. The Waiting List will be open to join prior to the Premium Seasonal Membership tickets going on public sale for the 2025/2026 Season. Once tickets are on public sale, you will no longer be able to join the Waiting List.

1.3 You will be able to select as many categories and subcategories of seats (e.g. Premium, Stratus, Accessible etc.) as you wish.

2. Payment
2.1. A £100 (One-Hundred Pounds Sterling) (per seat, per season) non-refundable deposit is charged to join the Waiting List, redeemable against the cost of the Premium Seasonal Membership purchase. Payment can be made via card only.

2.2. By paying the £100 (One-Hundred Pounds Sterling) non-refundable deposit to us, you accept the terms and conditions set out herein.

2.3. In order to fully benefit from the Waiting List, it is your responsibility to ensure the Club has your up-to-date contact details. To update your contact details, please email the request to premium.sales@tottenhamhotspur.com.

3. Purchase
3.1. When availability of Premium Seasonal Membership arises that meets the criteria that you provide when you apply for the Waiting List you will be contacted and should you wish to proceed to purchase Premium Seasonal Membership, the £100 (One-Hundred Sterling) non-refundable deposit previously paid will be deducted from the total cost of the Premium Seasonal Membership. Please note that current members will have priority for seats, followed by Waiting List members, on a 'first come, first served' basis.

3.2. Once you are contacted in relation to a purchase, you will have a specified amount of time (the "Offer Period") to opt into the purchase, which will be stated at the time of the offer.

3.3. Should you decline to take up the option of purchasing the Premium Seasonal Membership during the Offer Period, you will forfeit your place and be re-entered at the bottom of the Waiting List.

3.4. If the Club are not informed of a decision within the Offer Period, the offer will be considered declined and paragraph 3.3 will take effect.

3.5 If the Club are unable to offer a seat in the package or price point you selected when you joined the Waiting List, you will be provided with a refund.

3.6 For the avoidance of doubt, any purchase by you of a Premium Seasonal Membership may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

4. Removal from the Waiting List
4.1. In the event that:

4.1.1. you breach the terms of any other agreement that you may have with the Club;

4.1.2. you breach any Club terms and conditions applicable to you; or

4.1.3. you are, or become, subject to any banning orders whereby you are prohibited from attending football matches,

the Club may, at its sole discretion, remove you from the Waiting List. The Club will notify you of this decision in writing no later than thirty (30) days after you have been removed from the Waiting List.

4.2. If you wish to be removed from the Waiting List, please notify the Club by email to premium.sales@tottenhamhotspur.com.

4.3. If you are removed from the Waiting List for any reason under paragraph 4, please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable and therefore will not be returned.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 4.3, the Club shall not be in breach of, or be deemed to be in breach of, any provision of these terms and conditions if it fails to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions by reason of any facts, matter or circumstance which is outside the reasonable control of the Club.

5.2. The Club shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use or enjoyment, loss of business or contracts, or loss of opportunity. The aggregate liability of the Club to you in connection with these terms and conditions, whether in contract or tort, including negligence, or in any other way, shall not exceed the aggregate amount of the deposit paid by you as at the relevant date.

5.3. The Club reserves the right to cancel or vary the Waiting List at its sole discretion at any time.

5.4. These terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree that the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions.

5.5 If any of these terms are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the application of any law, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remainder of these terms shall continue to have full force and effect.

5.6 These terms do not create or confer any rights or benefits under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 which are enforceable by any person who is not a party to these terms.

5.7 Any failure or delay by either party in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of these terms shall not be taken to be a waiver of any of that person's rights under these terms or any law.
