Ground Regulations


Please note that the below rules and regulations apply to all non-football events, including NFL, held within the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium bowl.

Entry to the Stadium is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of these Stadium Regulations and regulations of the relevant governing body or Event Organiser, together with the Event Organiser’s ticket terms and conditions. Entry to the Stadium shall constitute acceptance of the above.

"Event" means any non-footballing event taking place at the Stadium.

"Stadium" means Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and all locations owned, occupied or operated by THFC.

“THFC” means Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

1. On no account will admission to any Event be granted to any person not in possession of a valid ticket.

2. THFC excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Stadium.

3. No guarantees can be given by THFC that an Event will take place at a particular time or on a particular date.

4. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Event, refunds (if any) should be claimed in accordance with the relevant Event Organiser’s ticket terms and conditions. THFC will have no other liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, such as (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or travel costs.

5. All persons seeking entrance to the Stadium acknowledge THFC's right to search any person and their belongings whether outside or inside the Stadium and to refuse entry to or eject from the Stadium any person refusing to submit to such a search.

6. To view a full list of articles which must not be brought into the Stadium see the bottom of this page.. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to or ejected from the Stadium.

7. Threatening, abusive or violent behaviour, and foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden and will result in arrest and/or ejection from the Stadium.

8. Causing damage to, or interfering or tampering with any equipment, furniture, fitting or fixture within the Stadium will result in arrest and/or ejection from the Stadium.

9. Racial, homophobic or discriminatory abuse, chanting or harassment is strictly forbidden and will result in arrest and/or ejection from the Stadium.

10. All persons entering the Stadium may only occupy the seat and/or area allocated to them by their ticket and must not move from any one part of the Stadium to another without the express permission or instruction of any steward, officer of THFC and/or any police officer.

11. The obstruction of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly forbidden. Nobody entering the Stadium shall be permitted to climb any structures within the Stadium.

12. Smoking at the Stadium is strictly forbidden and will result in ejection from the Stadium. Use of e-cigarettes is also forbidden within the Stadium.

13. Mobile telephones and other communications devices are permitted within the Stadium provided that they are used for personal and private use only.

14. No person (other than a person (i) who holds an appropriate license or (ii) with personal hand held non-commercial equipment such as a mobile phone) may bring into the Stadium or use within the Stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to the Event or the Stadium. Copyright in any unauthorised recording or transmission is assigned (by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988) to THFC.

15. No goods (including literature) of any nature may be offered either free or for sale by any person within the Stadium without the express written permission of THFC.

16. No sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials may be brought into, used or displayed by any person within the Stadium without the express written permission of THFC.

17. Tickets are not transferable and may not be offered for sale without the prior written permission of the Event Organiser. Any tickets offered for re-sale may be confiscated by any steward, officer of THFC or any police officer. THFC reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject from the Stadium any person who has transferred their ticket in contravention of the Event Organiser’s ticket terms and conditions. Tickets remain the property of the Event Organiser at all times.

18. CCTV cameras are in use around and in the Stadium and THFC may itself use or pass to the police or the Event Organiser or other relevant authority, any recordings for use in any proceedings.

19. At all times whilst present in the Stadium, persons must comply with any and all instructions of any steward or officer of THFC and/or any police officer. Failure to comply with any instruction may lead to immediate ejection from the Stadium.

20. Responsibility for minors remains at all times with a parent or guardian.

21. There is no re-admission to the Stadium.

22. THFC reserves absolutely the right to eject from and/or not allow entry to, the Stadium any person failing to comply with any of the Stadium Regulations, the Event Organiser’s ticket terms and conditions or whose presence within the Stadium is, or could reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person. This could lead to further action including, but not limited to, a ban from the Stadium or proceedings being taken.

23. Unless stated otherwise in the Event Organiser’s ticket terms and conditions, children under 2 years old are not permitted in the Stadium with the exception of the hospitality areas & boxes.

24. Any articles that could potentially be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety are strictly prohibited.

25. By entering the Stadium, all persons are acknowledging that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds  (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be taken of them and may also be used, by way of example and without limitation, in televised coverage of an Event and/or for promotional, training, editorial or marketing purposes by THFC, the Event Organiser or others (including commercial partners and accredited media organisations) and entry into the Stadium constitutes acknowledgement of such use. All persons entering the Stadium further acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be used (by THFC or by a third party, such as a law enforcement body) to identify such personas an individual, where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime, or any breach of these Regulations. Information about THFC’s use of personal data will be brought to all person’s attention by THFC (see for example any applicable privacy policy, signage and/or other forms of announcement in or around the ground). Prohibited Items

26. The following articles must not be brought within the Stadium in accordance with the Stadium policy located at https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/the-stadium/attending-matches/entering-the-stadium/bag-policy-and-prohibited-items/ (and if found will be confiscated and/or reported to the police (as applicable): knives, fireworks, explosives, smoke canisters, aerosols, air-horns, noisemakers, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, illegal substances & legal highs, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, flasks, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety or which may pose a hazard or nuisance to any other person, or any article to be used for a commercial or a charitable purpose, any unlicensed musical instruments (including without limitation trumpets, drums and other devices capable of causing a disturbance or nuisance), animals (except service dogs & guide dogs); together with all prohibited items listed within the Event Organiser’s ticket terms and conditions.

27. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to or ejected from the Stadium.
