Future plans
Welcome to our online public consultation regarding our proposals to build new homes and green spaces at the Goods Yard, The Depot and Printworks sites in north Tottenham, which are owned by the Club.
Goods Yard (36 and 44-52 White Hart Lane) and The Depot (a reference to the site's previous use as a transport depot, located at 867-879 High Road), are located next to the rail lines and the Club already has planning consents to provide a combined 646 new homes. You may remember engaging with us about these sites in 2018 when we first spoke with the community about delivering new homes here.
The third site is the Printworks (819-829 High Road), which provides an opportunity to create new shops and workspaces, as well as homes.
As you may be aware, Haringey Council has stated its intention to deliver significantly more homes in North Tottenham. We have therefore taken time and reviewed feedback to enhance our plans for the Goods Yard and The Depot sites to provide further homes. We have also taken this opportunity to present proposals for the Printworks site for the first time.
As a proud part of the Tottenham community, we have already successfully delivered high-quality new homes, of which more than 70% are affordable homes, shops, schools and public spaces and created thousands of new jobs in the area. We are excited to present these proposals for consultation as we continue to be a catalyst for positive change in the area.
On this website, you will find information about the Club’s plans for these sites.
