SGL, Stadium Grow Lighting B.V., has been selected as the Official Stadium Grow Light Supplier for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

A market leader in grow lighting systems to professional sports stadia worldwide, SGL, has helped the Club develop a world-first integrated pitch grow lighting system that is now in operation at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The revolutionary moving structure enables the Club to grow and maintain a high-quality natural grass playing surface on the retractable football pitch throughout the year under any condition. It has also been designed to ensure full coverage of the pitch without equipment ever coming directly into contact with the grass surface.

The integrated grow lighting system – a first for any football stadium in the world - involves six mobile integrated grow lights with high intensity HPS lighting and is a key component of the complete SGL pitch management system applied at Tottenham Hotspur’s iconic new home. The SGL system consists of a wide range of unique tools that optimise the growing conditions of the grass playing surface offering the solution for specific turfgrass challenges.
