Combining the Club's authentic training methods with one of the world's best residential football academies
About
Established in 2013, FC Malaga City has quickly become widely regarded as one of the world’s best residential football academies. Represented by players from over 35 different countries and six continents, the academy houses some of the top unsigned talents outside of the professional game.
Starting in September 2022, the initial twelve-month partnership will see the Club’s Global Football Development team work alongside FC Malaga City coaches, using renowned authentic training methods taken directly from our Academy to maximise the potential of aspiring young players.
Our expert coaches will deliver interactive and informative coach education workshops in Spain, whilst hosting quarterly visits to our state-of-the-art training facility for selected FC Malaga City coaching staff so they can experience first-hand our coaching philosophy in operation.
In addition, the Club will host two football development residential visits for FC Malaga City players, providing high-intensity training sessions, matches against selected Academy opposition and the opportunity to hear from guest speakers across the Club.

To be able to partner with such an illustrious Premier League club such as Tottenham Hotspur is a dream come true for the Academy. Having access to Tottenham Hotspur coaches to support our own coach development will provide a huge opportunity to not only improve our player performance, but also continue the growth of FC Malaga City. We are looking forward to bringing our youth players and coaches across to London to visit the world class facilities and create some memorable experiences
