The Club asks all attending fans to adhere to The Hive London's Supporters Charter, below, on matchdays.

The Hive London Stadium - Supporters Charter

In order to assist staff and stewards and to protect you and your fellow spectators, we kindly ask for your assistance in keeping The Hive London Stadium safe for all and in working with us to keep the venue open to enjoy live football for all.

  • Only purchase tickets for yourself or together with people from within your household or support bubble.
  • Track & Trace information must be given at the time of purchase
  • Scan in upon arrival using the NHS app and unique QR Track and Trace code for The Hive London Stadium (displayed at various stadium entry points).
  • Never attend the Stadium if you or anyone in your social bubble displays any COVID-19 symptoms
  • Before attending, make sure you are aware where your entrance is to avoid unnecessary walking and delays upon arrival.
  • Arrive early – social distancing will need to be accommodated and you will be temperature checked when you arrive
  • Be prepared – your Season Ticket will be checked and ID may be required.
  • You will be required to wear a face covering at all times whilst inside the stadium unless eating or drinking.
  • Observe social distancing at all times
  • Only sit in your allocated seat.
  • Use the hand sanitiser stations around the ground.
  • During the game always remain in your seat, unless in an emergency.
  • If you have to move – wait until the gangway or vomitory is clear.
  • Entry to parts of the ground will now be one way. Please observe those routes.
  • All purchases will be by contactless payment only
  • Avoid hugs, high fives and hand shaking. It’s not being rude its being safe!
  • Please observe respiratory etiquette, cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing
  • Avoid singing and chanting due to the airborne transmission of the disease.
  • Avoid touching handrails and doors. Hand sanitise before and after doing so.
  • Think about your routes – they may have changed. Entry and exit will be via different gates!
  • PLEASE respect the stewards if they advise you when protocols are not being followed. They are acting in the best interests of everyone
  • At the end of the game, leave promptly whilst observing social distancing and following steward guidance stewards.
