Terms and Conditions 

1. These terms and conditions govern participation in an Easter-themed prize hunt run by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX (the “Club”).

2. In these Terms, references to “you” refers to participants in the Prize Hunt (as defined below).

Prize and Prize Hunt

1. A prize hunt in which participants will search for boxes containing a signed Tottenham Hotspur Football Club shirt based on correctly solving clues provided by the Club (the “Prize Hunt”) will take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (the “Stadium”) ahead of the Tottenham Hotspur vs. Southampton Premier League match on 6 April 2025 (the “Match”).
   
   
2. Clues will be given via the Club’s social and/or digital channels during the Prize Hunt, each relating to the location of a hidden Cadbury Easter Egg containing a signed Tottenham Hotspur Football Club shirt (the “Prize”). There are four Prizes in total. Each participant who finds a Prize will claim that individual Prize and will be deemed a winner (the “Winner”).
   
   
3. The Prize Hunt is open to individuals who hold a valid ticket to and attend the Match. Participation in this Prize Hunt does not require any additional purchase or payment.
   
   
4. Each attendee to the Match participating in the Prize Hunt may only claim one (1) Prize.
   
   
5. If multiple participants attempt to claim the same Prize, the Club reserves the right to determine the rightful Winner at its sole discretion. The Club’s decision shall be final and binding.
   
   
6. Attendees to the Match are not guaranteed to win a Prize. Winners are determined solely based on the individual attendee who finds and claims each Prize first.

Participation

1. The Club accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings during the Prize Hunt or the Match.
   
   
2. The Club reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Hunt at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended, or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the Prize Hunt or the Prize.
   
   
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Hunt or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control. Participants take part at their own risk.
   
   
4. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times during the Prize Hunt and the Match. To the extent permitted by law, the Club accepts no liability for any incidents involving unsupervised minors.
   
   
5. Attendance at the Match is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including participation conditions, health and safety requirements and consent for media and promotional contributions as outlined herein.
   
   
6. The Club reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
7. The Club will not be held responsible for the Winner not taking advantage of the Prizes due to health or any other reason.

Health and Safety

1. All participants must conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner during the Prize Hunt. The Club reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual acting in a reckless or unsafe manner.
   
   
2. Standing on chairs, pushing, running, endangering other, fighting over the Prizes or nuisance behaviour is strictly prohibited.
   
   
3. All participants must follow any health and safety instructions provided by the Club, including those of any stewards or security staff present at the Match.
   
   
4. Any safety concerns must be reported to event personnel immediately.

Media and Publicity

1. By participating in the Prize Hunt, you acknowledge and agree that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings may be taken of you and may be used by the Club for promotional purposes which may include, without limitation, use on printed Club and affiliated entity channels (such as the matchday programme), official website and official social media channels, use in connection with related Club partners, televised coverage of the Match and/or for promotional, training, editorial or marketing purposes by the Club or others (including commercial partners and accredited media organisations). If a participant in the Prize Hunt is under 18 years of age, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult who is accompanying them into the Stadium shall be deemed to have provided consent on their behalf. By entering the Stadium and/or participating in the Prize Hunt, you accept the Club’s Ground Regulations (which can be found here).
   
   
2. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Hunt, including but not limited to having their name, footage of participation and/or photography taken during the Prize Hunt published and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any Club media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
   
   
3. Winners will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any other requested publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to any publicity relating to the Prize Hunt.

Data Protection

1. When participating in the Prize Hunt, you acknowledge that any details provided in respect of the admission to the Match and your image captured as part of your participation in the Prize Hunt will be available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).
   
   
2. All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Hunt, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.

General Conditions

1. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
