Tottenham Hotspur
Two mainstays of our charity legends team, including one of the greats of Keith Burkinshaw’s team of the early 1980s, are the latest players to join our Spurs Legends squad to take on AC Milan Glorie at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday 23 March (2pm).
Mark Falco and Pascal Chimbonda are now confirmed for the charity match in aid of the Club’s Foundation. Both players won major honours during their time at Spurs - Mark scored key goals on our way to UEFA Cup glory in 1984 while Pascal was a regular as we lifted the League Cup in 2008.
Both are also well-versed in ex-Spurs matches, with the duo featuring regularly for the Spurs Legends charity team, which has played friendly matches across the UK and abroad over many years in aid of worthy causes. Frequently turning out alongside various other players from the 1980s and 1990s as part of that set-up, the pair will now step onto the big stage once again as they form part of our star-studded squad to face AC Milan Glorie.
Mark and Pascal join Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Sebastien Bassong, Dimitar Berbatov, Stephen Carr, Michael Dawson, Jermain Defoe, David Ginola, Heurelho Gomes, Younes Kaboul, Ledley King, Aaron Lennon, Allan Nielsen, Sandro, Teddy Sheringham, Teemu Tainio and Michel Vorm in the squad for the charity match in aid of the Club’s Foundation.
Meanwhile, all-time great Andrea Pirlo has been confirmed as part of AC Milan Glorie's squad - with more names to follow soon...

Pascal Chimbonda
Legacy Number #717
103 appearances, 2006-2009
Pascal first caught the eye at Wigan before we snapped him up in August 2006. An athletic full-back, he was a regular in his first two seasons, playing 49 games in 2006/07, including all 10 of our run to the UEFA Cup quarter-finals, and then another 49 in 2007/08, starting all six ties in our League Cup success, including the final against Chelsea. Pascal played another five times on rejoining us in January 2009. He also had spells at Sunderland, Blackburn, QPR, Doncaster, Carlisle and non-league side Skelmersdale United, where he was player-manager last season!
