March international fixtures for our players

Tue 18 March 2025, 12:30|Tottenham Hotspur

It’s the first international break of 2025, with a number of our players set to represent their countries.

Qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup is on the agenda for some, with Rodrigo Bentacur and Cristian Romero set to go head-to-head when Uruguay host Argentina this week.

On-loan Jamie Donley, meanwhile, has earned his first senior international call-up for Northern Ireland ahead of friendly matches against Switzerland and Sweden, the latter of which could see him go up against Lucas Bergvall.

Another meeting of our players comes in the Under-21 picture, with Archie Gray’s England set to visit a France side that includes Wilson Odobert and Mathys Tel.

Elsewhere, Pedro Porro of Spain and the Italian duo of Destiny Udogie and Guglielmo Vicario are gearing up for respective UEFA Nations League quarter-finals against the Netherlands and Germany.

A number of Academy players are also set to be in action including midfielder Samal Bangura, who has earned his first call-up to the Sierra Leone Under-20s squad for their training camp and associated friendlies in Morocco.

Here’s a run-down of when and where our players will be playing over the course of the international break (all kick-off times are UK)...
