Professional contract for Archer

We are delighted to announce that Samual Archer has signed his first professional contract with the Club.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper has captained our Under-18s this season, starting regularly at that level while also stepping up to make his Under-21s debut back in November when he featured against Swindon Town’s senior side in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy.

Sam played for hometown club Hertford Town before joining our Academy and last season, during his first year as a full-time scholar with us, enjoyed a successful loan spell at non-league Barton Rovers.
