Optional fan meeting point/fan walk
There are no catering options available outside of the stadium, however, Hoffenheim advise that fans often meet at ‘Sinsheimer Wächter’. This is located near Sinsheim (Elsenz) Hauptbahnhof station and is close to the pedestrian zone/road closures. There are smaller restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
From here it is approximately 30–45-minutes’ walk to the stadium or alternatively fans can take a shuttle bus from the railway station, which is wheelchair accessible. Hoffenheim advise that there may be a mixture of home and away supporters here.
Alternatively, there is a beer garden at ‘Elfmeter’, close to Sinsheim Museum Arena station and approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the stadium.
On arrival at the PreZero Arena
Turnstiles will open two hours before kick-off at 4.45pm.
Access to the visiting supporters’ section is via the "Nordwest" entrance, G1 + G2 (lower tier safe standing) and H1 + H2 (upper tier seating).
The area surrounding the stadium is very open and the weather is expected to be cold and extremely windy.
There is a staircase directly outside of the visiting supporters’ turnstiles, with no lift or ramped access to this entrance. The staircase is divided into six lanes in preparation for security searches. Two lanes are signposted for women supporters who will be searched by women staff. Supporters with flags will need to use the left-hand lanes.
Supporters should not cover their faces with clothing items or face coverings when queuing and entering through the turnstiles. Neck warmers and scarves are permitted; however, fans are advised that balaclavas are strictly prohibited. Any supporter covering their face will be refused entry to the stadium, unless they have a medical exemption.
Supporters will be asked to open their coats and pockets in preparation for full body searches. A ticket check will take place outside of the visitor’s section, before supporters enter through the turnstiles.
Local police will be present outside of the turnstiles. Searches will only be performed by Hoffenheim stewards and security staff.
Hoffenheim recommends that supporters print their ticket at home, however, tickets can also be scanned at the turnstile using a mobile device.
Inside the stadium
The Club has been allocated 2,866 tickets in the visitors’ section, including 850 standing and 261 restricted view tickets. The visiting supporters’ section is surrounded by fencing and a high Perspex screen to the left-hand side when facing the pitch. This screen is heavily stickered and the view of one of the goals is therefore impeded.
We have also been allocated 10 wheelchair user/personal assistant pairs and nine ambulant/personal assistant pairs in the neutral section of the stadium.
Supporters in the visitors’ section should note that there is no lift access to the upper tier.
No post-match hold back
There will be no hold-back for supporters after the match. However, fans travelling by car or coach should note that traffic on the surrounding roads will be busy as vehicles leave the stadium.
Accessibility

Access supporters will be welcomed there by the Tottenham Hotspur and Hoffenheim Access teams. The Hoffenheim Access team are referred to locally as ‘Team Barrierefrei’.
Access tickets are located in the neutral section of the stadium, with wheelchair users allocated tickets in Block I and ambulant supporters in Block N. For ambulant supporters, there are between 1-5 steps to access the seats with no handrails available.
All access amenities are located in the neutral section of the stadium. There are kiosks selling food and drink, however, there are no lowered counters, no hearing loops and no dedicated accessible lanes.
Two accessible toilets are available, Hoffenheim stewards are located outside of the toilet with a special key to provide access for fans. There is no Changing Places facility.
Tottenham Hotspur access stewards and supporter liaison staff will be on hand to support our fans.

- Image of your flag
- Size/dimensions of your flag
- Confirmation that it is fire retardant (image of the fire certificate)
The Club has always considered that a football match is a time to show allegiance to a football team first and foremost. A football match is not an appropriate arena to display flags of any political or religious affiliation or anything that could possibly be considered inflammatory - this can include national flags during times of political conflicts, campaigns or issues.
Please note, as at other stadia in the UK and Europe, flags with religious / sectarian / political / inflammatory or offensive messages will not be permitted and may be confiscated. Flag poles are not permitted.
Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.
Concourse and payments
All common payment methods can be used including cash, credit / debit card and contactless payment via Apple & Google Pay or Bluecode.
Taking food and drinks into the arena is only permitted in exceptional cases. Kiosks will sell a range of hot and cold drinks, beer, fries, hot dogs and nachos.
There are ample toilet facilities available with 15 cubicles in the men’s toilets and 32 cubicles in the women’s toilets.
Smoking/vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the stadium.
Prohibited items
Supporters are strongly advised to travel light, only bringing essential items with them to the stadium. Phone chargers, vapes, lighters, food, bags larger than A4 in size and balaclavas are noted as prohibited items. Click here for the Ground Regulations, which includes a full list of prohibited items.
Spurs respects
We are justly proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away. We all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and act as considerate visitors to those who live and work in the cities and countries we visit. Please respect local customs and traditions by not placing flags or banners on local statues or monuments.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not to listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour which includes shouting, chanting or actions such as racist, sectarian, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability behaviour is unacceptable. If you witness incidents like these, please get in contact with a steward as soon as you can.
