Team news from Liverpool | Szoboszlai a doubt

Dominik Szoboszlai remains a doubt for Liverpool ahead of our Carabao Cup semi-final, first leg at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday evening (8pm UK).
The forward, in fine form in a number 10 role of late, missed Liverpool's 2-2 draw at Manchester United on Sunday through illness and didn't train on Monday.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Tuesday morning, Reds' boss Arne Slot was asked if he was expecting Szoboszlai to be available, and responded: "Yesterday he wasn't in yet. If he's in today, I would doubt if he's available to start the game. Hopefully he's in today. Yesterday he wasn't."
Asked about the possibility of rotating his squad, Slot added: "I think if you look at all the fixtures we've had this season, there are so many things going into a line-up - short-term, long-term, qualities of the opponent, where are my players?
"So, it's going to always be a decision made about, in our opinion, the best line-up for tomorrow. In some situations, for Southampton away or other games, in my opinion the best line-up was the ones that didn't start a lot. Let's see what that is tomorrow for the game we play against Tottenham."
Slot was boosted by the return of defenders Ibrahima Konate and Connor Bradley at Old Trafford. Both had been out since late November - Konate started alongside Virgil van Dijk, Bradley came off the bench late on for Trent Alexander-Arnold. Joe Gomez remains out with a hamstring injury.
