The date and kick-off time for our Emirates FA Cup fourth round tie with Aston Villa has been confirmed.
Pitted against the Villans in Sunday's draw, our meeting at Villa Park has now been confirmed to take place on Sunday 9 February with kick-off scheduled for 5.35pm (UK).
The game shall be broadcast live in the UK on BBC1 and the BBC iPlayer.
We progressed to the fourth round with a 3-0 win at non-league Tamworth on Sunday afternoon while Villa booked their place with a 2-1 home win over West Ham United on Friday night.
This will be our first FA Cup meeting with the Birmingham-based side since January, 2017. We prevailed in the third round tie with goals from Ben Davies and Heung-Min Son seeing us to a 2-0 win at White Hart Lane.
In total, we have faced Villa on 11 occasions in the FA Cup, prevailing seven times, including en route to lifting the trophy in 1921, 1961, 1962 and 1982.
Of those meetings, we have yet to be defeated in an FA Cup tie with the Villans at Villa Park.
