Duo a doubt for Goodison trip

Ange Postecoglou has revealed that Brennan Johnson and Yves Bissouma are both doubts for this Sunday's trip to Everton.

Both described as 'sore' from our midweek trip to Arsenal, Ange explained that Brennan has a 'calf complaint' while Yves is also struggling with a knock.

Brennan has played in every game for us since our 1-0 win away to Luton Town back in October, 2023 - a run of 64 games - while he has scored 12 goals for us this term.

Meanwhile, Yves has played in each of our matches since our 5-0 win over Southampton in December.

"There are a couple (of players) still sore from the midweek game," Ange said. "We're just waiting on... Brennan (Johnson) has a bit of a calf complaint and Biss is a bit sore as well. So, we're just waiting to hear on them."

We remain without a number of players for our final trip to Goodison Park as Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Rodrigo Bentancur, Wilson Odobert and Timo Werner all remain sidelined with injuries.
