Davies back and available for Goodison trip

Ange Postecoglou has said that Ben Davies 'should be involved' in Sunday's clash with Everton.

The defender has been out of action since early December after he was forced off in our 1-0 defeat to AFC Bournemouth with a hamstring injury.

Expected to return before the turn of the New Year, the Wales international then suffered a setback which has delayed his return.

However, after returning to training this week, the long-serving versatile left-back/centre-back is expected to travel to Merseyside with the rest of the squad and once again be an option for Ange.

Speaking to reporters in his pre-Everton press conference, Ange said: "Coming back, Ben Davies should be involved."

We remain without a number of players for our final trip to Goodison Park as Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Rodrigo Bentancur, Wilson Odobert and Timo Werner all remain sidelined with injuries.
