Ajayi signs new deal

We are delighted to announce that Damola Ajayi has signed a new contract with the Club, which runs until 2028.

A regular for our Under-21s this season, the forward, 19, was named in our first team matchday squad for the first time in October with a place on the bench in our UEFA Europa League clash with Ferencvaros in Budapest.

A versatile forward who plays either off the right or at centre-forward, Damola was part of our young squad that memorably won the Under-17 and Under-18 Premier League Cup double in 2022/23 and featured in our Under-21s’ Premier League 2 title-winning side last season. He signed his first professional contract midway through last term.
