Yang-Min Hyeok registered his first assist in English football as he helped loan side QPR to victory over Derby County on Friday night.

Our summer signing from Gangwon FC, who had joined us in January before linking up with the R's at the end of the month, was making his first start for the west London side as they faced relegation threatened Derby on Valentine's Day and the forward certainly made an impression.

Having enjoyed three cameo appearances in England second tier since moving to Loftus Road, the South Korean was given his opportunity from the off against the Rams and he took his chance, recording his first assist in England as he teed up Ilias Chair for Rangers' third goal in their 4-0 win.

After latching onto Kōki Saitō's knockdown, Yang produced a sublime first touch to knock the ball around Matthew Clarke and into the area before cutting the ball back for Chair to lash home from 10 yards out on 57 minutes.

The winger played a further six minutes before being substituted as QPR moved to within four points of the Championship play-off places with the victory.
