Heung-Min Son joined a very exclusive Spurs club on Sunday afternoon.

Having started our 3-1 win over Southampton at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, our skipper made his 450th appearance for Tottenham Hotspur to become just one of seven players to amass that many games for the Club.

Signed from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2015, Sonny has enjoyed nine incredible seasons thus far in N17 and continues to soar in Lilywhite as we approach his 10-year anniversary as a Spurs player.

Quickly becoming an icon for the Club, the South Korean superstar has also become a global icon in the game since his move to north London.

A Champions League Finalist in 2019, the FIFA Puskas winner in 2020 and the Premier League Golden Boot winner in 2022, Sonny has made history throughout his time with us - and this latest milestone continues to demonstrate the impact he has had on us.

In joining the '450' Club, Sonny is now part of a select group of Spurs royalty. Led by Steve Perryman - our legendary former captain and record appearance maker - who sits on 854 games for the Club, he is accompanied by Gary Mabbutt (611), Pat Jennings (590), Cyril Knowles (506), Glenn Hoddle (490) and Ted Ditchburn (452).
