Supporters travelling to The Coventry Building Society Arena for our Carabao Cup third round tie against Coventry City on Wednesday evening should be aware of the following information.

A reminder that we kick-off at 8pm, with gates opening at 6pm.

Getting to the Coventry Building Society Arena

Coventry train station is located in Coventry City Centre, around 4 miles from the Coventry Building Society Arena:

You can also find the stadium using what3words - plans.blunt.intent - will take you directly to the Jimmy Hill statue which is based outside the north entrance of Coventry Building Society Arena.

There is an on-site train station - ‘Coventry Arena’. There is no special matchday schedule, and trains run as timetabled. For more information on Coventry Arena, please click here...

Supporters traveling by train are advised to plan their journey in advance and check https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ for availability.

Supporters are advised not to drive to the stadium wherever possible, as parking is extremely limited. Car Park C is the closest available paid parking to the away section.

Entering the Stadium

The visitors’ section is located in the South Stand using Blocks 6–9 next to Jimmy Hill Way on the east side of the stadium (A444).

The South Stand has safe standing areas in Blocks 6-7. These are from rows AA to XX in both blocks.

All supporters will be subject to a search on entry to the stadium, so are advised to arrive at the stadium early.

Accessible parking is extremely limited - if you are Blue Badge holder, please email cbsarena@apcoa.com for availability.

The accessible entrance for ambulant disabled and wheelchair using supporters is through Gate 25 in the South Stand.

The concourse is wheelchair accessible with step-free access to the concessions. Access stewards from both clubs will be available if required.

Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section, close to where disabled supporters’ tickets are located. Changing Places facilities are available and located in the away end close to Gate 25. Should you need to use these facilities, please alert your nearest steward.

There is no facility to charge power wheelchairs, so supporters are advised to ensure they have sufficient power to make their homeward journey.

Refreshments

Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages. 

Visiting supporters’ pubs

Supporters are advised to visit The Longford Engine (270 Bedworth Rd, Longford, Coventry, CV6 6BP), which is a 20-minute walk to the stadium and is the designated pub for away fans.

Cashless payments

Coventry Building Society Arena is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Ticket Office

Tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office located next to the Jimmy Hill Statue, approximately a two-minute walk from the visitors’ section in the South Stand.

Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Flags & Banners

Flags and banners are permitted at Coventry Building Society Arena providing you have prior permission, they do not exceed 2x1m in size and have a valid fire safety certificate. Flags can be displayed on seating areas which have been blocked off for segregation purposes.

Fans are required to contact the Club’s Head of Supporter Services, Jodie Jones: Jodie.Jones@ccfc.co.uk. Please attach the fire safety certificate for your flag to your email, along with the dimensions of your flag, a photo of your flag, details of any poles which are attached to the flag, location where you will be sat, and your contact details.

Flags or banners of an offensive nature will not be permitted inside the stadium and supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Bag Policy

Bags are not permitted at Coventry Building Society Arena.

Spurs respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at Coventry Building Society Arena: Call/text 07537 453 117 or email matchday@ccfc.co.uk. We would also advise notifying the nearest steward.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
