Heung-Min Son is your Goal of the Month award winner for August.
In a poll ran on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app, Sonny took top spot of the vote which shortlisted five of our best goals from the month of August, with his second goal in our 4-0 win over Everton being the pick of the bunch.
Coming in our first home game of the 2024/25 campaign, the forward doubled his tally against the Toffees and added our fourth with a lung-bursting run to keep up with the just-as-electric Micky van de Ven before firing home after being teed up by the defender.
The goal took 48 per cent of the votes cast in the poll and saw him edge competition from Yves Bissouma - whose maiden strike for the Club from the same game took 41 per cent and has been nominated for the Premier League Goal of the Month - and Will Lankshear - whose stunner against Bristol Rovers picked up five per cent of the vote.
