Loan watch | Bryan named Girona's Player of the Month

Bryan Gil has claimed Girona's Player of the Month award for August after a bright start to his loan spell in Spain.

The winger, who joined the La Liga outfit on loan for the campaign in the summer, started every game for Catalonia-based outfit in August and grabbed his first goal for them in 4-0 home win over Osasuna.

That was his ninth la Liga goal of his career.

So far, he has started each of Girona's five league games thus far this campaign as they sit seventh in Spain's top flight.
