Women’s Under-21s fixtures confirmed for remainder of 2024/25 campaign

Wed 30 October 2024, 14:30|Tottenham Hotspur

Our Women’s Under-21s will kick off the second phase of the Professional Game Academy (PGA) League with a trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.

The fixture list for the PGA Division Two has been revealed for the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign, with Nick Hardy’s side travelling to the Seagulls on Wednesday 6 November.

We’ll then face Bristol City away the following Wednesday (13 November) before welcoming Crystal Palace in our first home game on Wednesday 27 November.

The Under-21s will compete in Division Two for the second phase of the competition after finishing eighth in the Southern Division, having picked up nine points in eight games.

They’ll be joined alongside four sides that they faced in phase one (Crystal Palace, Brighton, Bristol City and London City Lionesses) and four from the Northern Division (Leicester City, Birmingham City, Sheffield United and Liverpool).

Hardy’s side will also begin their PGA League Cup campaign on Wednesday 20 November as they face Chelsea in the first round of the competition.

With phase two of the competition just around the corner, Nick told us: “It will be good to get back to that competitive feeling. We have tried to keep momentum over the last couple of weeks with consistent training models and a few games, so I think we have prepared well.

“We’re just now looking forward to getting back in the swing of competitive football and, for us, phase two gives us opportunities to play against a lot of different sides. We’ll face teams that are a bit local but we’ll have that added incentive with trips a bit further away and clubs that we wouldn’t normally play against, so it will be a good assessment to see where we are in our current programme.”
