Thu 24 October 2024, 11:40|Tottenham Hotspur

We’ll be looking to continue our 100 per cent record in this season’s UEFA Europa League when we take on AZ Alkmaar at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening (Thursday 24 October).

Here’s all the key info you need to know...

What time is kick-off against AZ Alkmaar?

Our third outing in the new league stage of the competition, the match starts at 8pm UK time.

How can I watch the game?

Tonight’s match will be televised live in the UK on TNT Sports 1.

As always, live text and audio commentary, stats, live photos and more can all be found via our Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app.

The all-new live feed on the app also provides a great way to keep up with the game as well.

What is the team news?

Captain Heung-Min Son will be rested for tonight’s game.

Ange Postecoglou confirmed at his pre-match press conference on Wednesday that the forward had been left with soreness after returning to action against West Ham at the weekend, but added that it was always the plan for him to sit out of this evening’s match.

Wilson Odobert is also set to be back in the matchday squad after recovering from a hamstring problem picked up in last month’s Carabao Cup win at Coventry City.

Defender Radu Dragusin is available after serving a one-match European ban at Ferencvaros following his sending-off in our Europa League opener against Qarabag.

Full-backs Djed Spence and Sergio Reguilon are ineligible.

Our former striker Troy Parrott returns to north London this evening as part of AZ’s squad, although Ibrahim Sadiq is a doubt for them after picking up a knock on international duty for Ghana.

Bruno Martins Indi, Mexx Meerdink and Wouter Goes are also on the sidelines.

Who is the referee?

Manfredas Lukjančukas of Lithuania will take charge of this evening’s match.

Mangirdas Mirauskas and Vytenis Kazlauskas will be the assistant referees, with Mindaugas Jackus as the fourth official.

VAR duties will be handled by Sören Storks and assistant Fedayi San.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

As is traditional in European competition, we’ll be wearing an all-white variation of our home kit this evening, with our goalkeeper in yellow.

AZ Alkmaar will wear all red with their keeper in turquoise.

What will the weather conditions be like?

It’s set to remain a mild day in north London. It’ll be partly cloudy with temperatures at around 13 degrees.

How can I get the matchday programme and what’s included?

Netherlands international defender Micky van de Ven is the cover star and subject of our main feature interview in tonight’s official matchday programme. Available at the usual £4, copies can be purchased around the stadium or online here for delivery direct to your door.

What is the travel information if I’m going to the game?
