Palace vs Spurs | How to watch, team news, kit colours, key information

Sat 26 October 2024, 16:58|Tottenham Hotspur

We’re back on the road on Sunday as we make the trip across the capital to take on Crystal Palace.

The Eagles are just inside the drop zone having not won any of their eight league games to date – they’ve drawn three and lost five – while three points for us will be important in our bid to keep pace with the teams in the European qualifying spots.

Here’s all the key info you need ahead of our latest outing...

What time is kick-off against Crystal Palace?

The match starts at 2pm UK time.

How can I watch the game?

Sunday’s match has not been selected for live television coverage in the UK.

However, you can still follow the game via the all-new feed on the Spurs Official app, while our Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the app also brings you all the action as it happens with live text and audio commentary, stats, live photos and more.

You’ll be able to watch highlights on SPURSPLAY from two hours after the game and a full match replay on the same platform from midnight.

What is the team news?

Heung-Min Son is unlikely to feature at Selhurst Park.

The forward was kept out of Thursday’s Europa League win over AZ Alkmaar – as was always the plan – after returning to action against West Ham last weekend, but Ange Postecoglou has reported that the skipper is “still not feeling 100 per cent” and therefore probably won’t play against Palace.

Djed Spence, who has also been sidelined with a knock of late, is expected to return to full training next week.

Palace have no fresh injury concerns, but midfielder Cheick Doucouré remains sidelined with a toe injury while Adam Wharton’s fitness is being monitored.

Who is the referee?

Darren Bond will take charge of Sunday’s game, assisted by Lee Betts and Steve Meredith.

The fourth official will be Tim Robinson.

Chris Kavanagh and assistant Richard West will be on VAR duties.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

Crystal Palace will wear their familiar red and blue striped shirts with blue shorts and blue socks.

We’ll be in our usual home colours as well – Lilywhite shirts with navy blue sleeves, navy blue shorts and white socks.

Palace’s goalkeeper will play in green, with ours in yellow.

What will the weather conditions be like?

It’s expected to remain dry and bright for the game on Sunday, with temperatures at around 13 degrees.

What is the travel information if I’m going to the game?

Travel information for those making the trip to Selhurst Park can be found here.
