Information for fans travelling to Crystal Palace on Sunday

Supporters making the trip to Selhurst Park for our Premier League match against Crystal Palace on Sunday should be aware of the following travel information...

Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets which can be found below.
Getting to Selhurst Park
Supporters are advised to plan their journey to and from the stadium in advance and allow plenty of time to reach Selhurst Park.
A Healthy Neighbourhood Scheme is in place around the stadium, restricting vehicle access to Holmesdale Road and Elm Park Road to public transport and permit holders only.
Local parking enforcement measures will be in operation on the streets immediately surrounding the stadium. Any vehicles parking in these areas may be fined or removed by Croydon Council.
By train
Supporters should note the disruption to rail services on Southern, Thameslink and London Overground trains, which will not run in the Peckham Rye, Tulse Hill, Crystal Palace and Tooting areas due to signalling upgrades.
Although both Selhurst and Norwood Junction stations will operate a good service, some trains will not be in operation. Supporters are advised to plan their journey in advance using the Southern Railway website/app and the TfL journey planner.
Selhurst, Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath stations are all within 15-minutes’ walk of the stadium.
Local parking restrictions
There is no available parking at the stadium. Local parking enforcement measures will be in operation on the streets immediately surrounding the ground. Any vehicles parking in these areas may be fined or relocated by Croydon Council.

Entering the stadium
Turnstiles will open at 12pm with the visiting supporters’ section located in Blocks R, S & T of the Arthur Wait Stand, on Park Road.
Full searches are carried out by Crystal Palace stewarding staff prior to entry, with search dogs also present outside of the turnstiles. Supporters are encouraged to arrive at the stadium at least 45 minutes before kick-off to avoid delays when entering the turnstiles.

Supporters using rail services pre-match are advised that Selhurst and Thornton Heath stations have step-free access to all platforms. Norwood Junction has step free access to Platform 1 for northbound stopping services only. There is no step-free access to Platforms 2-6.
Sixteen parking bays are available to home and visiting Blue Badge Holders in the Sainsbury’s car park located directly next to the stadium. They are available on a first come, first served basis upon production of a valid Blue Badge.
A designated Accessible Entrance is available in the Arthur Wait Stand. Crystal Palace Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards, should any support be required.
An in-seat order service for Access supporters is available within the visiting section’s viewing area, where refreshment orders will be delivered to supporters’ positions. Lap trays are available on request for wheelchair using supporters. Programmes can also be purchased via the service. Staff members will be on hand to make these arrangements for supporters. Additionally, low level counters are in place at kiosks
An audio descriptive commentary service is available for visiting supporters.
Fan Zone
A fan zone offering food, drink and family entertainment is located in the main car park, by Entrance 10. The Fan Zone is open from 11am and families with young children are welcome on production of a valid match ticket.
Away supporters' pub
There are two venues that welcome away supporters in the local area, the Prince George in Thornton Heath and the Selhurst Club in Selhurst. Both venues are approximately 10-minutes’ walk from the stadium.
Refreshments
Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Two early bird offers are available:
- Burger, pie or hot dog with a beer or wine for £8.50
- Burger, pie or hot dog with a soft drink for £6.50
Both offers are available inside the stadium until 45 mins before kick-off.
Cashless payments
Selhurst Park is a cashless stadium and accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Bag Policy
Supporters can bring a bag or backpack providing it is small enough to fit under their seat, subject to a full search at the turnstiles. Alternatively, bags can be left for free at the Information Centre which is located at Entrance 9. The Information Centre is open from 11am until 30 minutes after the game.
Matchday programme
Fans can purchase a copy of the matchday programme outside of the stadium for £3.50.
Ticket Office
Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.
Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Visiting Supporter Box Office, located on the corner of Park Road and Holmesdale Road, by Entrance 4. This is open from two hours prior to kick-off.
Spurs Respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
If you witness incidents like these, please report them to your nearest steward.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
To report an incident at Selhurst Park please notify the nearest steward or use Crystal Palace’s SMS reporting service on 07507 477669. Wherever possible, supporters are encouraged to report any issues at the time they occur, confirming the nature and location of the incident.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
