Heung-Min Son's trademark strike in our 4-1 win against West Ham has moved him into the Premier League's all-time top 20 goalscorers.
Returning from injury, the skipper's goal was a fitting finale to a three-goal blast in eight minutes at the start of the second half that secured victory after we'd trailed early in the first half.
Pape Matar Sarr won the ball deep and superbly picked out Sonny racing over half way, left side. The rest was all about Sonny at his best, driving to the box, three step overs and finally shifting left of defender Jean-Clair Todibo before drilling past Alphonse Areola.
That was Premier League goal number 123 (in 309 PL appearances) and moved him level with Dwight Yorke and Raheem Sterling as joint-19th in the Premier League's all-time list.
Topped by Alan Shearer (260), there are some familiar faces in that top 20, not least Harry Kane, who scored 213 Premier League goals for us between 2014-2023. Jermain Defoe is ninth on 162 (91 for us), Les Ferdinand 12th on 149 (33 for us), Teddy Sheringham next on 146 (97 for us) with Robbie Keane 17th all-time on 126 (91 for us).
