Matchday two in the new-look league stage of the UEFA Europa League takes us to Budapest to take on the Hungarian champions, Ferencvaros, on Thursday evening.

The hosts kicked off the competition with a 2-1 defeat away to Anderlecht last week, while we secured an impressive 3-0 home win over Qarabag, despite playing the majority of the game with 10 men.

Here’s all the key info you need ahead of our first European away day since February, 2023...

You can also follow all the action via the all-new feed on the Spurs Official app, while our Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the app also brings you all the action as it happens with live text and audio commentary, stats, live photos and more.

What is the team news?

Heung-Min Son and Destiny Udogie have remained in London after being forced off in recent matches and will play no part against Ferencvaros.

Cristian Romero is available, though, after serving a historical one-match European ban last week.

Djed Spence and Sergio Reguilon are ineligible to feature in the league stage of this competition.

Ferencvaros have a clean bill of health going into the game.

Matheus Saldanha could come into their starting XI after stepping off the bench to score a second-half hat-trick against Puskas Academia at the weekend.

Who is the referee?

Thursday’s match officials are from Croatia – Igor Pajac is the referee, with Ivan Mihalj and Vedran Ðurak as his assistants.

The fourth official will be Tihomir Pejin, while Mario Zebec and assistant Ivan Bebek will be on VAR duties.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

Their goalkeeper will wear orange.

We’ll be wearing our dark green third kit, with our keeper in yellow.
