Dog of the Match | West Ham

Fri 18 October 2024, 13:15|Tottenham Hotspur

As the Club for dog lovers, we are featuring a ‘Dog of the Match’ at every home game throughout the season.

Members of Tottenham Hotspawour first-ever Official Supporters’ Club for dog lovers – have been posting pictures of their beloved pets on the group’s Facebook page for a chance for them to be featured on the stadium big screens ahead of kick-off and in the matchday programme.

The ‘Dog of the Match’ for tomorrow’s match against West Ham is Marley – a 3-year-old red Cockapoo living his best life in Ware, Hertfordshire, with his parents, Matt and Katie. When he's not busy going for long walks, swimming in the river, or chewing through every toy he can find, you can catch Marley chasing footballs at the park—whether they’re his or not! A true adventurer, Marley loves holidaying in Norfolk, where he runs wild on the beaches and leaps into the waves. With both his parents being South Stand season ticket holders, Marley is no stranger to matchday excitement.

Alongside our ‘Dog of the Match’, we also profile rescue dogs currently up for adoption with All Dogs Matter - the fantastic charity partner of Tottenham Hotspaw - giving fans the chance to provide a forever home so badly needed.

Tomorrow, we are featuring Yogi - a very handsome Rottweiler who came to All Dogs Matter after sadly being abandoned. He is a big softy who loves a cuddle and making friends with every human he meets. Yogi is looking for a new home with an owner who has owned dogs before. He would like to find a home with direct access to a garden and an owner who is capable of handling a large dog. Yogi is a sweet boy who will be a great addition to a family.
