Ange Postecoglou reports that Micky van de Ven is set to return to action in the middle of December.

The Dutch central defender picked up a hamstring issue after just 14 minutes of our Carabao Cup victory against Manchester City on 30 October. He's since missed our matches against Villa, Galatasaray and Ipswich Town, however, good news, he's back training outside.

Speaking to Sky Sports at Hotspur Way on Thursday to preview Saturday's Premier League clash at City (5.30pm UK), Ange said: "Micky’s still a good couple of weeks away. He's out on the grass training, but he's still a couple of weeks away. We’re hoping by the middle of December he’ll be back and available to play."
