With international football now in the rear view mirror for 2024, it’s all systems go for a busy period of domestic and European action over the next few weeks, starting with a trip to Manchester City on Saturday.

Going into the weekend’s action, we’re 10th but only three points off third place while City are second, five points behind leaders Liverpool.

What time is kick-off against Manchester City?

The match starts at 5.30pm UK time.

How can I watch the game?

Saturday’s match will be televised live in the UK on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event.

You’ll be able to watch highlights on SPURSPLAY from two hours after the game and a full match replay on the same platform from midnight.

What is the team news?

Cristian Romero has been ruled out of Saturday’s game with a foot problem, joining fellow defender Micky van de Ven (hamstring) on the sidelines.

Richarlison, Mikey Moore and Wilson Odobert also remain out, while Rodrigo Bentancur is suspended.

Defenders John Stones, Manuel Akanji and Nathan Ake could all come back into the frame for the home side after injury while Jeremy Doku, Phil Foden and Jack Grealish have all trained this week after withdrawing from international duty.

However, Mateo Kovacic, Ruban Dias, Rodri and Oscar Bobb are all sidelined.

Who is the referee?

John Brooks will referee Saturday’s game at the Etihad.

He’ll be assisted by Simon Bennett and Dan Robathan, while Craig Pawson will be in position as the fourth official.

VAR duties will be handled by Michael Salisbury, along with assistant Nick Greenhalgh.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

Manchester City will wear their familiar light blue shirts with white shorts and navy blue socks.

Their goalkeeper will play in a brown kit.

We’ll be wearing our home kit at the Etihad this weekend – Lilywhite shirts with navy blue sleeves, navy blue shorts and white socks.

Our keeper will be in yellow.
