Manchester City’s guide for visiting supporters can be found here.
Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets, which can be found below.
Getting to the Etihad
Supporters are advised to plan their travel in advance and are requested to arrive at the stadium no later than 4:30pm.
On Saturday 23 November the Etihad Campus is expected to be particularly busy, with the Hits Radio Live event also taking place at Co-op Live. Local transport providers strongly advise fans to use the tram to travel to and from the stadium in order to reduce the amount of traffic in the area around Etihad Campus.
The Etihad has a dedicated tram stop, Etihad Campus, adjacent to the stadium in City Square. Metrolink services run every 12 minutes between Manchester Piccadilly station and Etihad Campus on the Ashton line with a journey time of less than 10 minutes.
Alternatively, the Etihad is a 20-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly via a safe, well-lit and signposted walking route.
Supporters driving to Manchester are advised that there is no matchday parking available near the stadium. Park and ride facilities are available, allowing supporters to complete their journeys via tram. Aston West and Ashton Moss are recommended.
Transport for Greater Manchester’s match travel information for this fixture can be found here...

Spurs respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
Supporters who witness abusive behaviour at the Etihad Stadium can report it by texting 0770015 1894.
Feedback can be shared anonymously by texting the block, row, seat number and a short description of the incident to the number. Supporters can also report incidents by talking to a steward or the police at the stadium.
