Confirmed line-ups | Spurs vs Aston Villa

Sun 03 November 2024, 12:45|Tottenham Hotspur

We can confirm the starting XI and substitutes for our Premier League encounter against Aston Villa at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this afternoon (kick-off 2pm UK).

Heung-Min Son comes in for his first start since making a goalscoring return against West Ham United on 19 October as Ange Postecoglou makes three changes to the starting team from our Carabao Cup win over Manchester City last time out.

Our Club captain, who has missed six of our last seven fixtures in all competitions through injury, starts on the left of our front three in place of Timo Werner.

The other changes see a straight swap in the full-back positions with Pedro Porro replacing Archie Gray and Destiny Udogie coming in for the injured Micky van de Ven whilst Radu Dragusin retains his place at centre-back for his first league start since Newcastle United on 1 September.

Here’s our full line-up...

Starting XI: Vicario; Pedro Porro, Romero, Dragusin, Udogie; Bentancur, Sarr, Kulusevski; Johnson, Solanke, Son (c).

Substitutes: Forster, Davies, Gray, Bissouma, Bergvall, Maddison, Moore, Werner, Richarlison.

The away side lineup as follows...

Starting XI: Martinez, Cash, Konsa, Torres, Digne; McGinn (c), Onana, Tielemans, Ramsey; Rogers, Watkins.

Substitutes: Olsen, Mings, Carlos, Maatsen, Kamara, Buendia, Philogene, Bailey, Duran.
