After a break our Under-18s make a brief return to action this weekend, as they host Leicester City in the Under-18 Premier League at 11:30am (UK) at Hotspur Way.
Stuart Lewis' side will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing 3-2 defeat against West Bromwich Albion last time out, in a game that saw them 2-0 up.
After their opening eight games the side currently fifth in the table with 11 points, and with a game in hand over the top two, and could move as high as second with a win.
Coverage
This game will be live on SPURSPLAY and we'll keep you up to date via the Spurs App & socials, with a full match report to follow after the final whistle.
The Opposition
Leicester City kicked off their campaign in remarkable form, scoring 12 goals across their opening three games and picking up seven points thanks to two 5-2 victories over West Brom and Chelsea, and a 2-2 draw with Reading.
Despite that remarkable start the Foxes haven't won since and have only found the net four times, as a 1-1 draw with West Ham was followed by back-to-back defeats falling 4-0 at home to Brighton and 2-1 away at Fulham.
A trip to Crystal Palace yielded another point, before conceding four again this time at home to Aston Villa, dropping Adam Barradell's side down to eighth in the table having shipped more goals than bottom side Reading.
The side also sit bottom of our Premier League Cup group, having lost 2-1 to Manchester United in the opening fixture despite leading with just 11 minutes to play, and that was followed by conceding four for the third time this season as Leeds United made it back-to-back 4-1 defeats before the recent international break.
We'll take on the Foxes again in that competition on 23 November.
One to watch
With five goals from his eight league appearances so far this season, Laolu Omobolaji is currently the Foxes' top scorer this campaign.
Omobolaji joined the club having left Crystal Palace for pastures new in February 2024 and has settled in well in his new home, also notching two goal involvements in eight appearances at the end of the last term.
The 17-year-old has also single-handedly earned his side two points this season, with a brace in a 2-2 draw with Reading, and bagging his side's only goal in a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.
The winger has been involved in 31% of his side's league goals this season and completed 667 minutes, meaning he's averaging a goal just under every 133 minutes.
Last Five
The sides have been relatively evenly matched over the last five meetings, with two wins a piece and a dramatic 3-3 draw in the middle.
It was one win apiece last season, as we ran out 4-1 winners when we visited Leicestershire last November, whilst the Foxes edged a seven-goal thriller 4-3 at Hotspur Way back in February.
