Our Men’s First Team travelled to Melbourne, Australia, straight after wrapping up our league campaign with a 3-0 win at Sheffield United on Sunday, ahead of our post-season friendly and final outing of the 2023/24 season against the Magpies at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (7.45pm local, 10.45am UK).
Part of Global Football Week Melbourne, the match at the MCG, the world-renowned 100,000 home of cricket and Aussie Rules, represents a return home for Ange Postecoglou, who was brought up in the city and was given a warm welcome in our open training at AAMI Park on Tuesday.
