Van de Ven named in provisional Netherlands squad for Euros

Micky van de Ven has been named in the Netherlands National Team provisional squad for Euro 2024.
Our Player of the Season - as voted by supporters - following an incredible maiden season in English football, Micky's sensational displays this term have earned him a place in Ronald Koeman's initial 30-man squad.
Having received his first international call-up back in October after making a storming start to life in the Premier League, the Dutchman had been sidelined throughout the last two international breaks with hamstring injuries, but his return to fitness and his continued impressive displays in Lilywhite have seen him earn an immediate return to his national team.
The call-up comes with just over a month to go ahead of the Netherlands opening game of the European Championships - a Group D clash with France at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig, Germany.
Ronald Koeman has still to reveal the final squad though. The deadline for which is 7 June.
