We are delighted to announce that Jessica Naz has signed a new contract with the Club that will run until 2027.
Having returned to the Club in the summer of 2018 ahead of an historic campaign as we earned promotion to the Women’s Super League for the first time, the forward has been a key member of our squad ever since and recently reached the milestone of a century of Club appearances.
This season, the 23-year-old’s athleticism and technical ability has been influential in Robert Vilahamn’s attacking style of the play and played a crucial part in our historic campaign as we reached the Women’s FA Cup Final for the first time.
Featuring in all of our Barclays Women’s Super League games this season, starting 10, Jess recorded one of her best campaigns to date, scoring seven goals in all competitions, including a crucial equaliser in our historic Women’s FA Cup semi-final victory over Leicester City at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
A regular England youth international, she received her maiden Lionesses’ senior call-up earlier this month as she was named as one of the four standby players in Sarina Wiegman’s 28-player squad for consecutive international windows over the summer.
