Fans in Melbourne witnessed our open training session under local hero Ange Postecoglou at AAMI Park on Tuesday.
Our supporters were treated to a pitchside view of Ange and his coaching team putting the players through their paces on the eve of our final outing of the 2023/24 campaign in a post-season friendly against Newcastle United at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground on Wednesday (10.45am UK / 7.45pm local time).
Part of Global Football Week Melbourne, Tuesday's open session at the shared home of Melbourne Victory, represented a homecoming for Ange who was raised in the city and was head coach of the A-League side between 2012-2013. The Australian also met with and spoke to Aussie Rules players and was given a signed shirt from his favourite AFL side Carlton Football Club.
After training, supporters in the stands were treated to autographs, selfies and some received Spurs clothing and equipment from our players as they walked around the ground. For those fans lucky enough to take a place in our 'Golden Circle', they were given a meet and greet style autograph and selfie session from the whole squad.
