A reminder that we kick-off at 4pm, with gates opening at 2pm.

Sheffield United’s guide for visiting supporters can be found here.

Getting to Bramall Lane

For supporters arriving in Sheffield by train, the stadium is under a mile from Sheffield train station. The journey will take less than five minutes in a taxi or approximately 15 minutes to walk. Supporters traveling by train are advised that there are limited trains back to London and should check https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ for availability.

Supporters travelling by car are advised to exit the M1 at Junction 33 following signs for Sheffield (A57), continuing along Sheffield Parkway until taking the third exit on the Park Square roundabout and following signs for Bramall Lane.

Supporters are advised to park at Furnival Gate (Matilda Way, Sheffield, S1 4QJ). Parking costs £10 and can be booked here.

Entering the stadium

The visitors’ section is located in the lower and upper tiers of the Bramall Lane Stand. Blocks BL1-4 are located in the lower tier and are accessed via Turnstiles 18-23. Blocks BU1-3 are located in the upper tier and are accessed via Turnstiles 13-17.

All supporters will be subject to a search on entry to the stadium so are advised to arrive at the stadium early.

Accessibility

Sheffield United’s information for disabled supporters can be found here and their AccessAble guide for disabled supporters can be found here.

Access parking is sold out at the stadium. Alternative parking for disabled supporters is available for purchase at APCOA New Era Car Park (S2 4BF), which is close to the stadium. Details on how to book can be found here.

Supporters requiring accessible taxis pre or post-match are advised to book with City Taxis on 0114 239 239 39.

The accessible entrance for ambulant disabled and wheelchair using supporters is a red gate next to the Legends of the Lane Museum in the Bramall Lane Stand. Supporters are advised not to cut through the nearby hotel car park as it features a steep incline.

Bramall Lane has a dedicated lounge for disabled supporters which welcomes visiting supporters. More information can be found here.

The concourse is not wheelchair accessible. Supporters will be offered a complimentary hot drink by stewards who will also offer an in-seat order service.

Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section, close to where disabled supporters are located. Supporters not in possession of a RADAR key can request one from a steward.

There is no facility to charge power wheelchairs so supporters are advised to ensure they have sufficient power to make their homeward journey.

Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.

Refreshments

Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Visiting supporter pubs

Supporters are advised to visit the The Howard, Globe or Graduate pubs in the city centre rather than those closer to the stadium.

Cashless payments

Bramall Lane is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Ticket Office

Tickets can be collected from the Main Ticket Office in the Cherry Street car park, approximately a one minute walk from the visitors’ section.

Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Flags and banners

Flags and banners are permitted at Bramall Lane providing they do not exceed 2x1m in size and have a valid fire safety certificate. They can be displayed on seating areas which have been blocked off for segregation purposes.

Flags or banners of an offensive nature will not be permitted inside the stadium and supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Bag Policy

Bags are permitted at Bramall Lane providing they can fit under a seat in the stadium. Supporters with larger bags can use luggage storage facilities in the city, details of which can be found here.

Spurs Respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at Bramall Lane please notify the nearest steward or email complaints@sufc.co.uk.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
