Full-back reaches his Spurs century

Emerson Royal has become the latest player to join our 100 club after bringing up his century of Spurs appearances in Sunday’s trip to Liverpool.

The Brazil international again started at left-back at Anfield to reach the milestone, having operated in a similar position at Chelsea in midweek.

Now 25 years of age, Emerson joined us from Barcelona in August, 2021.

His debut arrived the following month away to Crystal Palace.

Normally operating at right-back, he has scored four goals in our colours to date.
