Team News | Fulham vs Spurs | A further update on van de Ven

Ange Postecoglou has confirmed that Micky van de Ven will miss Saturday's trip to Fulham, but he does not expect the injury to keep him out for many more games.
Having been forced off in just after half-time in Sunday's Premier League win over Aston Villa, the injury will now see Micky miss the game at Craven Cottage with Radu Dragusin set to deputise for the Dutchman.
However, our Head Coach has reported that the injury sustained by Micky is not a severe as the one he suffered against Chelsea earlier in the season and, with the international break immediately following our clash with Fulham, the expectation is that the Netherlands international will return shortly to training after the break.
Speaking to SPURSPLAY in his pre-match chat, Ange said on the defender, "Micky is the only (injury concern) from last week. It’s not as severe as his last one - nowhere near as severe; he probably came off at the right time.
"So, he will miss tomorrow but, with the international break, I’m pretty confident, if things go well, he won’t miss too much more."
The centre-half joins long-term absentees Manor Solomon and Fraser Forster on the sidelines.
