Dane Scarlett took his March international break tally to five goals as he bagged a brace in England's Elite League squad's 3-1 win over Czechia on Tuesday.
Having hit a hat-trick in just 24 second-half minutes in Friday's 5-1 win over Poland, the forward added another two goals to his tally as England recorded their third win in a row in the European Elite League.
Taking the lead with just three minutes gone at the Mestsky Stadion in Ostrava, Czechia, through Sheffield United's Oli Arblaster before that was cancelled out Filip Horsky just after the break, Dane popped up twice late on to help the Young Lions to victory.
Having been named amongst the substitutes for the game, the forward was brought on three minutes after Czechia's equaliser and went onto restore his nation's lead on 77 minutes, firing in at the near post from Newcastle's Lewis Hall's cross. He then put the icing on the cake for England on 90 minutes when, once again assisted by Hall, he found the target at the back post.
Alfie Devine - currently on loan at Plymouth - started the clash in central Europe and played the full 90 minutes.
