Pape Matar Sarr, Radu Dragusin and Pedro Porro all started for their respective national teams and experienced mixed fortunes in Friday night's friendlies.
Pedro earned his third cap and his first since this time last year as Spain took on Colombia at West Ham's London Stadium. Pedro completed the full 90 but Colombia took the spoils 1-0 thanks to Daniel Munoz of Palace's winner on the hour.
Radu earned his 14th cap as Romania came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against Northern Ireland in Bucharest. Stevenage's Jamie Reid opened the scoring, Dennis Mann of Parma levelled.
Earning his 22nd cap, Pape played for 73 minutes of Senegal's 3-0 win against Gabon at the Stade de la Licorne, Amiens, France.
Elsewhere, Josh Keeley had a quiet night in goal for the Republic of Ireland Under-21s, who beat San Marino 7-0 in a UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifier.
Leo Black, who made his England Under-18s debut on Wednesday, was an unused substitute as the team drew 0-0 with Germany before winning a penalty shoot-out in the second match of the Pinetar Super Cup in Spain. England finish the tournament against Netherlands on Monday knowing a win will secure the trophy.
