Key dates confirmed for the 2024/25 WSL campaign

The opening weekend and finish date for the 2024/25 Barclays Women’s Super League have already been confirmed, along with other key dates in cup competitions during the campaign.

Following the conclusion of this summer’s Olympic games, which will take place from 26 July to Sunday 11 August, the WSL will commence on the weekend of 21 September, 2024, while the final day of matches will be played across the 10 and 11 May, 2025.

There will be a winter break for the 2024/25 campaign, which will take place from 16 December through to 18 January.

In the Women’s League Cup, the group stages will begin in early October and run until mid-December, with the quarter-final ties scheduled for 22-23 January, semi-finals across 5-6 February and the final due to take place on the weekend of 15-16 March.

Details of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup will be confirmed in due course.
