The latest exhibition brought to the OOF Gallery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium examines the artistic history of the football shirt.

The exhibition - opened today (13 June) to coincide with the start of UEFA EURO 2024 - looks at how artists have used the ubiquity of football shirts for over a hundred years to communicate ideas of community.

Works include Varvara Stepanova’s radical, experimental designs for football kits in the early Soviet era, to more contemporary pieces in the national identities of Croatia and Ghana.

Furthermore, the exhibition delves into the history of football teams that have taken inspiration from artists, while also featuring artwork seen through the lens of kit designs.

The show runs until Saturday 28 September and is free to enter via the entrance for the Tottenham Experience, located on Tottenham High Road.

Opening times are as follows:

• Mondays: 10am-5pm
• Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed
• Thursday & Friday: 10am-5pm
• Saturdays: 11am-5pm
• Sundays: 12pm-4pm

Opening hours are subject to change on event days.

OOF is the world’s only contemporary art gallery in a football stadium, situated in Warmington House, a listed building in the heart of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Its presence adds to the vibrancy the Club and its new stadium is bringing to London N17, with employment and educational opportunities, a new sport, leisure and entertainment destination and an estimated £344 million into the local economy every year.
