Spurs in Japan | Gallery - first session in Tokyo

The players stepped out into the Tokyo heat for the first training session of our summer tour on Wednesday morning, local time.

Temperatures hit 35C in Japan's capital as the squad kicked-off day 19 of their pre-season schedule.

Everything is being geared up for our first game of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign at Leicester City on Monday 19 August.

Before then, we have three friendlies in Asia - starting with J1 League champions Vissel Kobe at the National Stadium in Tokyo on Saturday (11am UK), followed by Team K League (31 July, 12noon UK) and FC Bayern (3 August, 12noon UK) in Seoul.
