QPR’s guide for home and away supporters can be found here...

Getting to the MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium

For supporters arriving by train, the stadium is under a mile from multiple local train stations.

The nearest train stations:

  • White City on the Central Line (5-7 min walk)
  • Wood Lane on the Hammersmith and City Line (5-7 min walk)
  • Shepherds Bush Station on the Overground and the Central Line (10-15 min walk)

Supporters traveling by train are advised to plan their journey in advance and check https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ for availability.

Supporters are advised not to drive to the stadium wherever possible, as parking is extremely limited. Local residential parking is located on Sawley Road and Bloemfontein Road which are close to the away end. Please check local road signs before parking.

Entrance to the stadium

The visitors’ section is located in the Upper Tier of the Achilleus Security Stand. Located along Ellerslie Road, the Achilleus Security Stand is signposted as Gate 5. Fans should enter via Block 2 and use turnstiles Y2–Y6.

All supporters will be subject to a search on entry to the stadium so are advised to arrive at the stadium early.

Accessibility

QPR’s information for disabled supporters can be found here...

Access parking is extremely limited, with no parking at the stadium.

The accessible entrance for ambulant, disabled and wheelchair using supporters is through the Upper Achilleus Security Stand turnstile, but will be situated in the Lower section of the Achilleus Security Stand.

The concourse is not wheelchair accessible. As there is no step-free access to the concessions, wheelchair/scooter users will require a personal assistant. Access Stewards from both clubs will be available if required.

Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section, close to where disabled supporters are located. Supporters not in possession of a RADAR key can request one from a steward. Changing Places facilities are available and located in the home end. Should you need to use these facilities, please alert your nearest steward.

There is no facility to charge power wheelchairs, so supporters are advised to ensure they have sufficient power to make their homeward journey.

Access Team Stewards will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.

Refreshments

Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Spurs Respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at MATRADE Loftus Road: Call/text 07557 435421 or email operations@qpr.co.uk. We would also advise notifying the nearest steward.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
