The players were hard at work at Hotspur Way on Monday (15 July) as the preparations continued in earnest ahead of our return to action.

After 56 days away from the pitch, our Men's First Team are back in action on Wednesday evening as we take on Scottish side Hearts at their home Tynecastle in Edinburgh.

Our pre-season opener - and the first of six games which will be broadcast live on SPURSPLAY - it will be the first time since 2011 that we have taken on the Scottish Premier League side as we faced them in the play-off round for a spot in the UEFA Europa League group stages - we won 5-0 on aggregate, with all five goals scored at Tynecastle before a certain Harry Kane made his professional debut in the return leg at White Hart Lane.

The encounter will also mark a return north of the border for Ange Postecoglou - who took charge of our Men's First Team last summer after two incredible seasons as Head Coach at Glasgow giants Celtic.

It was at Tynecastle where Ange oversaw his first competitive match in charge of the Celts. It was also the stadium where he sealed his second Scottish league title, winning 2-0 there in May, 2023.

Now 10 days into their pre-season preparations, take a look at the latest photographs from Hotspur Way as the squad continues to take shape for the 2024/25 campaign.
