Pro deal for James

We are delighted to announce that Herbie James has signed his first professional contract with the Club.

Born in Macclesfield, Herbie was previously in Manchester City's Academy.

He joined us as a full-time scholar last summer and has featured in the Under-18 Premier League, Under-18 Premier League Cup and FA Youth Cup for us so far this season.

The 17-year-old primarily plays as a winger, but can also operate as a striker.
